Trouble Signing Up

You can make a new account using Apple, Google, or a email and password combination.

Can't Sign Up with Apple or Google?

Make sure your device has the necessary permissions required to do so from either Apple or Google.

Can't Sign Up with an Email and Password?

Make sure you're entering your first name, a valid email address, and a valid password. Valid passwords must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 special character, and 1 number.

"A user with this email already exists."

If you get this a message but you're sure it's your email address, try signing in instead. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it.
